Match Officials and Coaches Under the Age of 18
Background Checks
Match Officials and Coaches under the age of 18 will not be required to take a background check. Once they reach the age of 18 a notification will be sent with instructions on how to complete a background check and will be required from there forward.
SafeSport Requirements
Coaches and Match Officials 16 years of age and older will be required to take the 3 "Required Modules" for SafeSport. If the person is 15 and turns 16 during that membership cycle, a notice will be sent with instuctions on completing the course. A unique email different from thier guardian's will be required to complete this requirement.

Other Requirements of Minors
All Match Officials and Coaches will be required to take the Concussion Awareness for the General Public and Rugby Ready. These courses are World Rugby Compliant and can be found at the following links.
