Level 1 Strength and Conditioning

This Level 1 Strength and Conditioning course is designed to provide beginners with basic knowledge and understanding of strength and conditioning and a foundation of practical skills. The course will expand on the physical conditioning content in the Rugby Ready course. It is intended for all coaches, referees, players, administrators, parents, and others who are involved with rugby. Participants do not need to have previous experience in Strength & Conditioning as this course primarily centers around preparing athletes to perform and recover. The World Rugby Pre-Level 1 Strength and Conditioning is a requirment for this course.

Level 2 Strength and Conditioning

This course is designed to build on the knowledge, understanding and practical application acquired from the Pre-level 1 online learning course and face-to-face Level 1 course. Its aim is to further prepare strength and conditioning coaches to demonstrate their application of more advanced strength and conditioning techniques during the Level 2 face-to-face course.
